Relaxing and welcoming are just two words to describe this lovely modern home with private pool and 360 degree views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Pine Island Sound from the extensive rooftop observation deck.  Surfs Up features three bedrooms and three full baths.  The bedrooms are on the entry level; one king bedroom with ensuite bathroom and tv, one queen bedroom with tv, the third bedroom with two twin beds. The living room, dining room  and kitchen are on the second level    The living room features a  leather couch, a love seat  and two  rattan chairs around a 50 inch smart TV. making movie night a joy for the whole family.  The screened porch off the living room is the perfect place for family dinners as you watch the sun start its journey down over the golf.  Up one flight on the third level you will find a game room with a pool table, board games and a winding stairway to the observation deck where you have an outstanding view of the gulf and stars!

Guest  Access:  Of course the house and  heated pool are yours and only yours!     In addition, you can tour the  island and relax on our beautiful beaches  in your included golf cart.  You have access to both both island clubs (Safety Harbor Club  and the Island Club @ North Captiva) and their amenities, including pools, tennis  and pickleball, bikes, and kayaks.  Arrangements  for docking your boat  can be made at the Safety Harbor Club for an additional fee. The kitchen has a large french french door refrigerator and we also have a 5 cubic ft freezer on the downstairs porch which can accommodate your food for a week.

North Captiva is a very beautiful unbridged island off the coast  of Ft. Myers/Cape Coral .  It is reached by ferries from from Pine  Island or by private boat   No cars  are allowed on the island. A second  golf cart can be rented.  Hike the miles our pristine STATE PRESERVE; see the island as it has been for thousands of years.
