Towering in the coconut palms of North Captiva, the Paloma Beach House will serve as your own island resort. From your private ‘Crow’s Nest’ high above the treetops, you will be surrounded by breathtaking views of both the gulf and the bay. Add to that your own ground level, heated pool – with its spirited poolside Tiki bar – and you have everything you need for a resort-style life unique even to North Captiva Island.

As you approach your island vacation home, you will be greeted by a private tropical setting, and your own 1st level pool. Head to your own island-style Tiki bar, for your first blended tropical refreshment. Envision fresh grouper or red snapper on your own grill, next to your heated pool. Or picture yourself rinsing away the island salt and sand in your own poolside, outdoor shower.

Stepping into the Paloma Beach House will bring you to the recently remodeled and refurnished bedroom level – situated one level down from the expansive great room, dining area, and scenic tree-top vistas. In all levels of this island home, you will be taken away by the fresh Boho beach styling – as well as the vaulted wood ceilings and Florida Cyprus beams found on the great room level.

Each of the four bedrooms on the entry level enjoys new cooling memory foam beds, luxury bedding, and stylish furniture. The master suite (with its ensuite master bath) boasts a king bed – as well as its own attached screened porch, where you can enjoy your morning coffee and pastry in the two swinging chairs.

The additional 3 bedrooms offer a king bed, a queen bed, and a bunk bed (with a full bed on the bottom, and a half-bed on the top). And the shared full bath separating the three bedrooms completes the sleeping and living accommodations for even large families or groups.

One level up bring you to the well-appointed great room, kitchen and dining area – along with a newly remodeled half-bath powder room. Open the expansive glass doors for breakfast or dinner on your large screen porch. Or head up the spiral staircase from the porch to the ‘Crow’s nest” — one of the highest points on the island. Enjoy the views and sunsets that will take your breath away!

Paloma Beach House is located on the quieter side of North Captiva Island – close to the best sunset viewing, dolphin watching, and fishing the island has to offer. And the golf cart included with your Paloma Beach House makes all of North Captiva yours to enjoy

For a more domestic break, take in Barnacles — one of the island’s best bars, where the locals congregate around the outdoor tiki hut for great food and drinks.
