SHELLABRATION BEACH HOUSE

Escape to your private island retreat! This stunning 3-bed, 4-bath oasis is decked out with a backyard pool, screened porches, and beach access via golf cart. Perfect for coffee at sunrise and cocktails at sunset! Fully stocked kitchen as well as indoor and outdoor games ensure a hassle-free stay, while bikes invite exploration of the island’s beauty. Experience luxury living surrounded by serene natural beauty, where you can truly escape the stressors of daily life and find peace and quiet.

As you disembark from the ferry, you will be greeted by a team from Shally’s Seashells. There, you will have one or two of your golf carts waiting there for you depending on the number in your party. They will assist you with your luggage and take you to the home. Any questions that you have at that time they will help you.

As you arrive, the lower level patio beckons with an outdoor kitchen and a sparkling outdoor pool, perfect for soaking up the sun. Two six-seater golf carts are at your disposal, ready to take you on adventures around the island. In the outdoor closet, you’ll find everything you need for outdoor fun: kayaks, paddleboards, coolers, lounge chairs, sand toys, and even a dog crate, a dog bed, and a dog hairdryer for your furry friend’s comfort.

Ascending to the first level, you’ll find three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Step out onto the decks off the master bedroom and the queen bedroom to discover a full-size hanging bed, nestled among two Adirondack chairs, perfect for star-gazing or enjoying the ocean breeze.

There is also a pack and play and a child’s highchair that can be attached to a regular chair. There is also an outdoor kitchen, with refrigeration space and a grill. There’s also a bar top with additional space and four barstools. An outdoor pizza oven is also available for use!

The next level opens up to an airy open-concept space, encompassing the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The sofa bed provides extra sleeping space if needed. Step onto the screened-in porch to dine alfresco at the dining table for four or lounge on the couch while taking in panoramic views of the ocean and the surrounding palm trees.

For your furry companion, there is a dog crate, dog bed, and a doggy hairdryer. Dogs must be under 25 pounds and approved by the owner to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all.

The biggest question that is asked is Groceries! There are no grocery stores on the island. You will receive a welcome packet, with how you will receive groceries, that will be ready upon your arrival if you choose. If you are coming to the island ahead of time, you can have your groceries packaged up and bring them with you to the ferry.

Guess have access to the entire home with the exception of the locked closet in the master bedroom.

Many people confuse this area with Captiva, that is attached to Sanibel Island. This property is a separate barrier island that is north of Captiva. It is a private island with less than 300 homes and Golf Cart use only. There are no vehicles on the island, with the exception of work vehicles. There is also a restaurant located on the property that has a pool that all Islanders have access to.
You can also rent boats from Boats and Fun, a shop on the island, or grab a sweatshirt or fun memorabilia from your trip to North Captiva!

SERENDIPITY BEACH HOUSE – WE ARE BACK AND BETTER THAN EVER

One of North Captiva Island’s Best vacation homes, the Serendipity beach house is a luxury four bedroom three and half bath home that will sleep up to ten guests. This amazing home has it all! From the moment you arrive you will be mesmerized by the wonderful appointments, furnishings, amenities and sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico. The home has 2800 square feet under a/c with more than 4000 square feet of living space including open and screen decks.   Thoughtful planning and design have gone into the remodeling of this wonderful home.  If you want comfort and luxury, Serendipity is your spot for your next vacation.

Serendipity features a private heated pool with two pool loungers on the sun shelf and pool bar.  This home was built for island living and set up for large multi-generational families or couples’ retreat. No details have been missed. North Captiva is an amazing place to explore, and Serendipity is equipped with two brand new (April 2024) 4-seater golf carts to explore the island.

You will find there is plenty to do while staying at Serendipity.    Along with the heated pool, games, books, beach towels and beach chairs are provided.  The gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and lots of quartz counter space to work. The home has 5 Smart TV’s including one at the pool area.  You will not want to leave this amazing place. There is plenty of room to stretch out with a game area, living room, many porches and a lovely pool area. Also, enjoy a fabulous roof top deck for sunrise and sunset views.  This deck has cable railings for unobstructed viewing.

The sleeping arrangements are top notch with two master (king bedrooms) suites with private baths and access to the outside porches. Bedroom three features two twin beds which can be converted into a king.  Bedroom four features a queen and set of bunk beds.

Membership to the Island Club is included with your stay.  The amenities at the Island Club include two large pools as well as complimentary use of kayaks and bikes, which are first come first serve.
