Just steps from the gorgeous gulf beaches, Silverseas Cottage is an immaculate and charming three bedroom, two bath home perfect for a single family or small group. Newly renovated, the interior features a fully stocked cook’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, beautiful labradorite granite countertops, and a coffee bar equipped with a coffee maker, a Keurig, and a juicer. The breakfast bar provides seating for three. With its soaring cathedral ceiling, the adjacent living and dining area are surrounded by glass doors and windows.  Decorated in cool, tropical colors it is equipped with a large flat-screened television, a stereo system, and a Bluray DVD player with a large movie selection. The main floor also features two guest bedrooms: one with a queen bed, the other with a set of twins, both of which are equipped with flat screen TV/VCRs.  The main floor bathroom features twin sinks and a jetted tub/shower combination with a glass tile surround.  Completing the main level is a large laundry room with ample storage for games, pool toys, and beach towels, all of which are included for guests to use. The second floor master suite is truly a luxurious get away.  It includes a king sized bed, a seating area with a flat-screened TV, a writing desk, and a large walk-in master closet.  A pair of sliding doors leads to the sundeck with lounge chairs for viewing the gulf sunsets. The beautiful master bath features a large walk-in shower with sea glass subway tile and a marble topped vanity with double sinks. The heated pool and large screened in porch are surrounded by lush tropical foliage, creating a private oasis for relaxing and entertaining. There are lounge chairs and a dining table surrounding the pool, and the screened porch has a seating area and a dining table with seating for six. In addition to amenities of NCIC, included in the rental are one golf carts, a weber charcoal and a gas grill.
