Hibiscus House is a wonderful vacation home for families, couples traveling together, or a romantic getaway. Located 600 feet down a sunny sandy lane puts you directly on the gorgeous unpopulated Gulf of Mexico beach of North Captiva. World renowned shelling on the western beaches of these coast barrier islands chain brings shell collectors from all over the globe.
Being located on a quiet and untraveled circular road gives you a great deal of privacy were you are perched high in the jungle treetops and tropical flora. Hibiscus House maintains her bo chic artsy elegant cozy character for you to enjoy on your vacation.
Offering two large King size bedrooms, both have new memory foam cool gel mattresses, bright white and soft linens, access to an outside sitting space, one being upper-level balcony, the other being a screened porch, and an in suite spacious bathroom with travertine walk in showers, double vanity with plenty of fluffy towels.
The third bedroom is an attractive yet casual “kid’s” bedroom with a full/twin bunkbed and a trundle with the bathroom adjacent. That bath has a bath/shower.
All bedrooms, and the large living room gathering space have Roku flat screen entertainment and high speed wifi.
The kitchen is well equipped and will not disappoint. Offering an indoor and outdoor dining area, full sets of ceramic and Corelle dinnerware, excellent appliances large and small, and all basic pots, pans, and crockery. Hopefully you will venture out to some of the island restaurants which offers a range from tacos and burgers to bone in Ribeye and fresh tripletail, the local favorite.
This will be Hibiscus House’s first year offering an inground, private, heated 12×24 swimming pool with a smooth paver patio. Comfortable and attractive outdoor furniture will accommodate your poolside needs and the BBQ seating area is close by.
The front of the house has a large Key West style front porch with wicker and ceiling fans and the rear of the house is a large screened in porch with an “Old Florida” feel with thick white rattan furniture arranged so there is something for everyone.
Piet de resistance! TWO 2023 brand new Lifted Club Car Onward golf carts with a color combination and reliability worthy of a high-end sports car! You will have no problems along the sandy ways.
There is enough of the little “town center” with a marina, a big club pool which you will have full membership, pool bar, restaurants, people (should you choose to socialize). There is a marina convenience store with beer, wine, and ice cream!
